Alisa LaDawn Grace is the Founder of Sir-Rendered For Life, a wisdom-centered coaching and consulting practice created for those who know something needs to change—but refuse to sacrifice their peace, faith, or integrity to make it happen.

Her journey has been shaped by decades of service—as a wife, mother, grandmother, author, freelance writer, and retired school administrator. With a Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction, Alisa spent years leading, building systems, and stewarding learning environments with excellence. Yet over time, she recognized that transformation requires more than achievement, structure, or success—it requires surrender.

Sir-Rendered For Life was born not from ambition, but from alignment.

Today, Alisa serves as a Transformation Coach, Consultant, and Strategist, guiding individuals, leaders, families, and organizations toward clarity without compromise and growth without burnout. Her work is grounded in faith, shaped by lived experience, and guided by the belief that lasting change happens when people slow down, listen deeply, and realign with what truly matters.

Rather than offering formulas or quick fixes, Alisa creates space—for reflection, wisdom, and intentional movement forward. Her approach honors the whole person: mind, heart, spirit, and life context.
